Elders are the Ninja Worlds Admins. They keep order in the Ninja World Discord. They also keep the balance in the Ninja World Roleplay. This is done by approving sheets to make sure each Shinobi is not Over Powered. As such, only elders, God's right hand and God himself can approve sheets. Please be respectful towards the elders and if you have any questions or need help making a character, they are usually able to help and are very friendly
