Explaining Chakra Natures
The Five Basic Natures are the five elemental chakra natures, which are the foundation of all elemental ninjutsu.They are so vital to the shinobi lifestyle that each of the Five Great Shinobi Countries is named after one of the five. Each element is naturally weaker than and stronger than another:

Fire (Katon) is strong against Wind but weak against Water.

Wind (Futon) is strong against Lightning but weak against Fire.

Lightning (Raiton) is strong against Earth but weak against Wind.

Earth (Doton) is strong against Water but weak against Lightning.

Water (Suiton) is strong against Fire but weak against Earth.
Basically, if an elemental technique is put against another elemental technique of the same level, but of a stronger nature, then the technique with the superior nature will prevail. However, a technique with a weaker nature can overpower a technique with a stronger nature if the former is of a higher level. For example, fire can overpower a water technique if it is first strengthened by a wind technique.
A similar principle applies in how technique of the same element interact, what is called counterbalancing. If two techniques of the same nature and the same level are used against each other, they will cancel each other out, as when Lightning Release: False Darkness is deflected with Lightning Cutter. However, if the two techniques have different levels, the higher-level technique will not only prevail but will grow stronger from interaction with the weaker, as when Amaterasu, the highest level Fire Release technique, grew stronger by absorbing an opposing Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique.
Ninjutsu is the super natural feats a Shinobi is able to perform to aid them in combat. This is done by applying a shape transformation ( A Change in their Chakra form) and a Nature Transformation in order to create a technique that would be otherwise super natural to anyone with no understanding of Chakra and Chakra Natures.
Nature Affinity
In general, every person's chakra has an affinity towards one of the five basic nature transformations. Affinity can at times be genetic, or at least common to a particular family; most members of the Uchiha clan have an affinity towards the Fire nature. However it is possible all be it very rare for a shinobi to have more then one affinity for a chakra nature. This can happen at birth, or can develop over time. Usually this only amounts to two chakra natures, although in extremely rare cases a Shinobi can have an affinity for three chakra natures.
Shinobi have an easier time learning to create and control a chakra nature that matches their affinity, although even then it may take a number of years. Shinobi are not limited to the nature they have an affinity for, and it is in fact common for jōnin to have mastered two natures. Although it is technically possible to master all five natures, it is very rare because of how much of training is involved
Within Ninja World, Its likely depending on rank, that any one Shinobi will be allowed up to two chakra natures. This doesn't mean you are unable to learn techniques from other natures, what it does mean however it that this will be very limited and you will have to learn it in RP. You are not allowed to start out with techniques outside of your one or two nature transformations. (This does not apply to Yin and Yang release jutsu like the clone jutsu or transformation jutsu.)
Yin Release and Yang Release
Aside from the five elemental nature transformations, there are two nature transformations that are the source of all non-elemental techniques, such as the Shadow Imitation Technique, Multi-Size Technique, medical ninjutsu, genjutsu, etc. There is Yin Release (Inton), based on the imagination and spiritual energy of a shinobi, and Yang Release (Yōton), based on the vitality and physical energy of a shinobi. Together, they are used to perform Yin–Yang Release (In'yōton, ).
The transformation of Yin and Yang has to do with altering the balance between spiritual and physical energy in chakra.
Yin Release
Yin Release techinques involve the manipulation of intangable ideas or things that don't physically exist. So the purpose of Yin Release is to either give form to things that don't already have it, or to create form out of nothingness. The sort of techniques you get when you apply these abilities are weird and abstract. For example Shikamaru and the Nara clan are able to manipulate physical shadows.
All sealing jutsu also fall under Ying Release as well as all genjutsu and clone techniques.
Yang Release
Yang Release involves manipulating the energy of the physical body. Almost all of the known techniques that arn't extremely difficult to master that come under Yang Release is the Akamichi clans expansion jutsu. It seems to be that among other things, Yang Release is primarily the nature transformation used in altering the body in ways that don't fall under kekkei genkai. Its also thought the taijutsu falls under Yang Release.

Hand Seals
Hand Seals are used to perform many ninjutsu, genjutsu, and other secret arts other than taijutsu. The exact amount of chakra necessary to perform a technique is manipulated through hand seals.There are different sequences of hand seals for every technique, requiring memorisation.
It is possible for a user that is very proficient in a certain technique to reduce the amount of hand seals needed in order to perform it. An example of this is the Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique, which requires a total of 44 hand seals to activate. Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage, only needed to use one hand seal to complete the technique, a testament to his skill.
In extremely rare cases, its possible for Shinobi to learn how to perform hand seals with one hand.
Kekkei Genkai
Kekkei Genkai ( Literally meaning: Bloodline Limit) are abilities passed down genetically within specific clans or just random genetic mutations that occur at birth. It's possible for a shinobi to have more than one of these abilities. Kekkei genkai abilities that work via the user's eye are called dōjutsu. Other kekkei genkai include mixing one type of elemental chakra with another, creating a new one unique to the users, which is usually impossible for normal ninja, or other bodily manipulations that are usually unachievable by normal standards.
Kekkei genkai and their related techniques cannot be taught to or copied by others. However, these techniques can be given to others. Dōjutsu, or other kekkei genkai isolated to a single organ, can be transplanted into the body of another.
Chakra elements can also be passed down to people outside of the clan, such as Yamato being subjected to DNA re-modification by Orochimaru who wanted to acquire the Wood Release kekkei genkai. However, Yamato's skill in using it is not nearly as powerful as the originator Hashirama Senju, and the risk of such process was that Yamato was the only one of the sixty test subjects to survive. So as far as that goes, its not possible in Ninja World for Kekkei Genkai Chakra Natures to be given to another Shinobi. Expect in the case of tailed beasts as Some tailed beasts are also known to possess kekkei genkai and can pass them on to their respective jinchūriki.
Although kekkei genkai, despite its name, is usually genetically shared within a specific clan, sometimes it is unique to one person alone, and that even family relatives do not share it. This is a random genetic mutation and it can occur randomly all be it very rare. In some cases, Shinobi are not even aware they have the kekkei genkai until they master the two nature transformations used in its creation. Also Kekkei Genkai that are clan related such as the Yuki Clans Ice release don't seem to occur randomly in others not of the clan. It goes without saying that you cannot perform a Nature Transformation Kekkei Genkai without an Affinity for the Nature Transformations used in its creation. Not matter how much you may master those transformations.
There is an advanced variant of kekkei genkai known as kekkei tōta, which is a combination of three different nature transformations. However these are extremely rare, since its also rare for a Shinobi to be born with more then 1 or 2 Chakra Natures.
Below is a list of the known Kekkei Genkai in Ninja World, It is possible to create your own Kekkei Genkai, however it will need to be approved by an Elder.
Dojutsu Kekkei Genkai
Sharingan
The Byakugan ( Literally meaning: White Eye) is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki.[5] It is regarded as one of the "Three Great Dōjutsu"
Byakugan
The Sharingan ( Literally meaning: Copy Wheel Eye) is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan that appears selectively among its members. It is regarded as one of the "Three Great Dōjutsu"
Rinnegan
The Rinnegan (輪廻眼, Literally meaning: Saṃsāra Eye) is reputed as the most exalted eye amongst the "Three Great Dōjutsu", the others being the Sharingan and the Byakugan. It is said that in times of disorder, one who wields the Rinnegan is sent down from the heavens to become either a "God of Creation" who will calm the world or a "God of Destruction" who will reduce everything to nothingness. The Rinnegan is characterised by a ripple pattern that spreads over the eyeball.
No you cannot have a Rinnegan.
Tenseigan
The Tenseigan (Literally meaning: Reincarnation Eye) is a dōjutsu possessed by Hamura Ōtsutsuki and his descendants. It is characterised by blue pupils and irides which contain a white, floral pattern.
No you cannot have a Tenseigan.
Ketsuryūgan
The Ketsuryūgan is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai, which appears in certain individuals of the Chinoike clan. The Ketsuryūgan is recognised by its reddish colour, giving a special appearance for the users of this dōjutsu, characterised as holders of "eyes as red as blood"
Clan Inherited Kekkei Genkai
Ice Release
Ice Release is the combined nature transformation kekkei genkai of the Yuki clan. It allows the user to freely create and manipulate ice by simultaneously combining windand water-based chakra. When the user releases their chakra, the surrounding vicinity becomes cold enough to cause snow to fall
Shikotsumyaku
Shikotsumyaku (Literally meaning: Dead Bone Pulse) is a kekkei genkai which gives its wielder the ability to manipulate their own skeletal structure (their osteoblasts and osteoclasts). By infusing their calcium with chakra, they could manipulate the growth and properties of their bones to their liking. This kekkei genkai is inherited into a rare few amongst Kaguya's descendants in the Kaguya clan, Kimimaro being the only other known inheritor of this power.
Jūgo's Clan's Kekkei Genkai
The kekkei genkai of Jūgo's clan is a passive ability which allows its members to absorb and make use of natural energy without any training in senjutsu. Due to the constant intake of natural energy, they are prone to mental instability, sporadically feeling sudden and uncontrollable urges to kill. The wielder's body can also secrete special fluids which, through means of Senjutsu chakra, allow them to transform parts of their bodies.
Kurama Clan's Kekkei Genkai
Every few generations, a member of the Kurama Clan will be born with an incredible talent for genjutsu. The clan member's prowess in that field is so absolute that their genjutsu is simply overwhelming. Furthermore, the genjutsu is so powerful that it causes the brain to believe anything that happens to the victim to the point where the genjutsu physically harms the victim's body. This fearsome ability allows the clan member to potentially kill their opponents with genjutsu.

Boil Release
Boil Release (Or Vapour Release) is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix fire and water-based chakra to create gaseous materials in different properties and usages.
Crystal Release
Users of Crystal Release can convert any matter into crystal, from physical material to moisture in the air, allowing them to turn anything into a weapon. This extends to other physical natures, rendering earth, water, and wood useless against it. When used on living creatures, targets can be crystallised down to the cellular level, imprisoning them so long as the crystals are in place and shattering them if the crystals are struck, killing them.
Explosion Release
Explosion Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai suggested to be made up of techniques that mix earth and lightning-based chakra to give the wielder the ability to utilise explosive chakra in combat
Lava Release
Lava Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix fire and earth-based chakra to create volcanic materials such as lava or rubber in different properties and usages.
Magnet Release
Magnet Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai suggested to be made up of techniques that mix wind and earth-based chakra to create magnetic forces in different properties and usages
Scorch Release
Scorch Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix fire and wind-based chakra to create scorching heat which is capable of heating up an enemy to the point where all the liquid inside their body evaporates, killing the victim and leaving them as a desiccated corpse.
Steel Release
Steel Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix earth and fire based chakra, it allows the user to manipulate and create steel extensions from body parts.
Storm Release
Storm Release (Or Gale Release) is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix lightning and water-based chakra to create energy beams that can be guided towards the enemy. It allows Lightning Chakra to act like water.
Swift Release
Swift Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai made up of techniques that mix lightning and wind chakra that can be used to move with instantaneous speed, granting the user an advantage over opponents with more strength than speed, such as users of Chakra Enhanced Strength. This nature therefore renders the user invulnerable against most taijutsu.
Wood Release
Wood Release is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai which originated from the Senju clan in the shinobi world. It is made up of techniques that mix earth-based chakra in one hand and water-based chakra in the other to create wood as well as various plants, from simple seeds to even flowering trees.[19] Wood and plants can be produced from any surface, including the user's own body, as the user's chakra is literally converted into a source of life.
