The Tragedy of the Uchiha
The Uchiha clan is one of the four noble clans of Konohagakure, reputed to be the village's strongest because of their Sharingan and natural battle prowess. After helping found Konoha decades ago, the Uchiha grew increasingly isolated from the village's affairs, culminating in most of their deaths during the Uchiha Clan Downfall. Few Uchiha now survive into the present day.
Under the leadership of Fugaku Uchiha, the Uchiha began plotting a coup d'état to overthrow the Third Hokage and his administration. They strategically placed some of their members within the Anbu in order to spy on Konoha, but some of these very spies disagreed with the Uchiha's plans, believing an Uchiha coup would only begin a world war. Shisui Uchiha tried to use his Kotoamatsukami to force the Uchiha to stop their plans, but he was prevented from doing so by Danzō Shimura. Danzō after that approached Itachi Uchiha, a longtime double agent for Konoha, and gave him an ultimatum: allow the Uchiha to carry out their coup, inevitably ending with the eradication of all Uchiha, or Itachi could wipe out the Uchiha before they had the chance.
Before assassinating his clan, Itachi sought out the help of Tobi, who he believed to be Madara Uchiha. In a single night, Itachi and Tobi wiped out the entire Uchiha clan, with Itachi taking responsibility of killing his parents. When he was discovered by Sasuke, Itachi pretended to be solely responsible for the attack, concealing Konoha's involvement and the fact that he did everything for Sasuke's safety. Overwhelmed with grief for killing his family, Itachi wanted Sasuke to take revenge against him, and to do that, he began pushing Sasuke to get strong enough to kill him. In the meantime, he left Sasuke under the Third Hokage's care, due to the fact the Third had long desired a peaceful resolution to the Uchiha's grievances.
In Ninja World
Within Ninja World The Uchiha Clan, from the starting point of Sasuke and Sakura, and then the Involvement of Shin's Uchiha Clones (Read or watch Boruto) The Uchiha clan is limited to 8 members starting off. From there, the only way another Uchiha is allowed in is if either one of the members dies. Or and male or female Uchiha in Ninja worlds Canon have a child. From there the child will begin a convoluted time skip to be age 12 and be able to awaken their Sharingan.
Mangekyo Sharingan Rules:
The Mangekyo Sharingan Rules in Ninja World are as follows.
There are 3 types of Mangekyo Sharingan an Uchiha may have, this is shown throughout canon
Mangekyo where both eyes have the same ability.
Mangekyo where both eyes have a connected ability. "Obito and his kamui eyes, on ranged other close ranged" and "Sasukes amaterasu in one eye and flame control in another"
Mangekyo that have completely different abilities that are not related to eachother.
As a rule of thumb, only certain mangekyo abilities are passed down through blood line connections, abilities like Amaterasu.
there is a common misconception in some members of the naruto community that every Uchiha has every mangekyo ability, this is not true and if you message Haishi she can prove it. Each ability is generated at random.
This means no you cannot have Tsukiyomi or Kamui. Or any other shown Mangekyo Ability, Amaterasu is for Sasuke's bloodline, which has already been taken.
Its more then likely any relations to Sasuke or any Other Uchiha have already been made, its best to come up with your own Original Uchiha and your own Original Mangekyo powers. They will all need to be approved.
Regarding the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, this can only be obtained by taking the eyes of a closely related person, sibling, parent of offspring. This also can only be done once the user has gone blind from overuse of the mangekyo.
You may Design your Susanno how you like aswell. But remember you cannot get a full body or perfect body susanno without an Eternal Manegkyo Sharingan.
